Each weekday class runs for 2 hours. This gives students enough time to learn, practice, and finish the lesson without feeling rushed through the process.
Yes. Students do not need to bring baking tools, ingredients, or class supplies. Everything needed for the lesson is included, so students can focus on learning and baking.
Students can learn basic pastry steps, kitchen care, measuring, mixing, shaping, and following a recipe. The goal is to help them build useful skills with steady support.

French Pastry series for teens & young adults A hands-on baking experience designed for every learner. Discover the art of French pastry in a supportive, inclusive baking studio. Students will learn classic techniques — from macarons to delicate éclairs — at their own pace in a small-group setting tailored to individual learning needs. Small groups. 1:2 teacher/student ratio. One-on-One sessions are also available. Our patient instructors adapt each lesson to support diverse learning styles, ensuring every student builds confidence, creativity, and delicious skills they’ll be proud of. All experience levels welcome. Accommodations available. Our studio is located in Culver City, CA.2-hour classes are held weekdays. $450/class. All ingredients and equipment included.
